Allison Kurpius and Kate SternbergKATIE R. STERNBERG has over 14 years of marketing experience in the nonprofit sector, healthcare, small business, service, manufacturing and retail industries. She has lectured extensively and has a keen understanding of strategic planning, program implementation, art direction, print production and project management.

Before founding The Marketing Source, LLC, Katie spent nearly a decade honing skills in brand management, product development, strategic planning and implementation, merchandise management, retail store management, catalog and website development and more within the Estee Lauder Companies, located in New York City.

Katie holds a B.A. in English Literature and History and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management Consulting.

Today, she lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with husband Erich, President of Starmount Life Insurance Company, and two children.

ALLISON B. KURPIUS has over 22 years of marketing experience in the nonprofit sector, small business, healthcare and other service-related industries. She has extensive experience in strategic market planning, public relations, advertising, market segmentation, marketing communications development and training program development.

Before founding The Marketing Source, LLC Allison was corporate communications director and a regional marketing director for a national hospital management company. Other experience includes management positions with an industrial firm and an advertising agency working with healthcare, banking and industrial clients.

Allison holds a B.A. in Journalism and an M.B.A. in Marketing.

Today, she lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband, Dave - a professor at LSU, and two sons.
