How Does Your Marketing Stack Up?
Your organization's internal and external communications should be integrated, consistent, clear, concise and on target. If your marketing is not hitting the proverbial nail on the head, or you think it's time to fix a shaky foundation, The Marketing Source marketing audit is for you!
Our marketing audit routinely helps our clients to rapidly and economically refocus their marketing efforts. We'll assess your existing marketing materials and recent marketing activities, then provide you with a prioritized report that identifies key issues that should be addressed in your communications and marketing programs. We'll also give you suggestions on making your overall marketing strategy more effective.
Getting To Know You: During our first formal meeting (generally these meetings are 3-4 hours) we'll spend time with you and your team learning about your company or organization. We'll listen to you. Discover your areas of particular concern or concentration. We'll also collect as much of your current and past marketing and communications efforts as possible -- advertising, annual reports, newsletters, brochures, and more.
Findings: Approximately three weeks later we'll reconvene to review the draft of your marketing audit. We'll walk you through our findings and answer your questions. We'll also identify your big communications opportunities, and help you devise goals and strategies and outline tactics that should serve as the foundation for your marketing program.
Report: Within ten business days, we will deliver a final copy of your marketing audit.
